Life Medals Return Policy:

Within 30 days of shipment, you may return any undamaged item for a full refund, less shipping charges.  No refund will be made for items that are damaged or that are received by us more than 30 days after delivery.  Please e-mail us at contact@lifemedals.com for the authorization and address to return to.  Please list on a piece of paper the order number (if available), the name, address, and e-mail address of the person who purchased the order, along with the reason for the return.  Enclose this with the returned item, wrap securely, and send the address provided.
